We look for engineers who want to work on genuinely difficult power problems — and we train them properly, on live equipment, alongside people who have done it for years.
Why Actolog
We do things right the first time, all the time.
Actolog Solutions was formed by a group of professionals with the goal of redefining service delivery. That is not a slogan for the people who work here — it means you are expected to understand the system you are working on, not just swap the part, and you are given the training and the time to do that.
Our engineers have trained 25 Nigerian UPS engineers to manage elevator installations, commissioned a 320 kW solution for a major bottling company, and visited the MAKELSAN factory in Istanbul. That is the standard of work available here.
Real equipment, real problems
Regenerative elevator drives, 320 kW bottling plants, megawatt data halls — the work other contractors hand back.
Manufacturer training
Direct training from MAKELSAN, including factory visits to Istanbul for senior technical staff.
Nationwide exposure
Projects across all 36 states — you will not spend your career in one building.
Clear progression
Trainee to field engineer to design engineer, with the certifications paid for along the way.

What we expect
